Need Help Setting Appointments or Doing Surveys?

When you use our social event marketing programs, you can now upload a list of attendees or other prospects to our secure RSVP site and have our trained tele-marketing staff call those prospects to do a post-seminar survey and set appointments that you were not able to book during your event. Our operators will try to contact each person up to three times before they leave a message on their machine. Your payment is based on the number of names, not on a per call basis. The cost can vary depending on the quantity of the list and length of the script. We will make six (6) attempts to reach each phone number. We will then send you a daily emailed report on our calls with the results. Here are some sample scripts for this service.
