All RSVPs are logged-in and entered into a database available for review 24 hours a day. You may also choose to have us make reminder calls 3 days prior to each seminar. After you have completed holding your seminars for that month, we will offer you the option to do a telephone survey to all of your attendees and non-attendees to identify prospects with a renewed interest. This will allow advisors to maximize the prospects that were mailed to. Attendees that did not make an appointment to meet with you will now have a second chance to use your services. Continuous follow-up is important, even with non-attendees, and busy advisors usually cannot afford the time to get on the phone and follow-up with hundreds of past seminar attendees. Our surveys will allow you to gather very important data that will help you convert those qualified prospects into clients as time goes by.
